Credit Claims – Claims covering defective merchandise and shipping errors must be submitted in writing and accompanied by samples (as indicated below) within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise must have prior authorization number displayed clearly on return carton. Latex – one unopened polybag; Microfoil – 50 balloons. For other claims not specified here, contact Customer Service.

Storage – All latex and Microfoil balloons should be kept in a cool, dry place, protected from extreme temperatures. Latex balloons should be stored in plastic bags and protected from light.

Art Storing/Repeat Orders – Customer-supplied art will be returned only when requested. Final art will remain on file for the remainder of the current year plus three more years. Any repeat order after the above time period will require new production-ready art. New screen charges will also apply.

Trademark Usage – All copy or other material submitted for use in producing the items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection.

Augustine Blue Book Logos – A charge will not apply for logos on file, or if production-ready artwork is supplied for Augustine logos. Due to the proprietary nature of the processes used, all screen or plate charges are service charges only and do not transfer title to the customer.
